CITYHOUSE

I started CITYHOUSE, Inc. in order to provide responsible, single family home designs. I am an architect and urban dweller, having lived in Franklin Park (Columbus, Ohio) with my family for over 8 years. The house is over 100 years old and my time spent on renovation and rehab has enriched my desire to focus on traditional neighborhood designs.

Above and beyond the renovation listed above, I have 15 years of design experience and a lifelong interest in urban neighborhood living. The home plans on this site represent a series of designs that encompass the feeling and style of traditional urban houses while offering amenities of the 21st century lifestyle.

I believe that these homes are not only flexible but are attainable by all income levels from a starter home of modest cost and size to a highly detailed, fully customized project. CITYHOUSE designs meet a large range of needs.

My vision is for these homes to be built as infill in established historic neighborhoods as well as in new planned communities which both have a traditional neighborhood design.
