Set includes cover sheet with general information, Foundation/Basement, Floor, and Roof Plans, Exterior Elevations, Wall Sections, Exterior Details, Interior Elevations of built-in cabinetry, Diagrammatic Electrical Plans, and a One Car Detached Garage to match style of the house.

What's NOT Included

NO PROFESSIONAL STAMPS

Purchaser is responsible for all stamps as required by local Municipality.

COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE TO LOCAL CODES

Though our plans are designed in compliance with the current addition of the International Residential Code – local codes may vary.

SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS

Purchaser is responsible for all site surveying, compliance with all local zoning codes, and landscaping design.

STRUCTURAL FRAMING PLANS

While we indicate structural information on the floor plans, the Purchaser is responsible for having all structural elements designed/verifyed by a local Structural Engineer.

HVAC PLANS

Purchaser is responsible for having all HVAC elements determined by local Mechanical Contractor and/or Engineer.

PLUMBING PLANS

Purchaser is responsible for having all plumbing elements determined by local Plumbing Contractor and/or Engineer.
